Canada/USA Shipping

We offer standard/ground FREE SHIPPING within Canada (excluding the remote areas in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and the USA lower 48. Minimum $150 order. Delivery time depends on delivery location.

Significant details to keep in mind:

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• All pieces of furniture are built to order and usually take 4 –12 weeks to make. These lead times change on a regular basis, please contact us for specific lead times.
• Once an order has shipped, any change of address is subject to an additional fee.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any duties or taxes imposed on your package. The customer is liable for any additional charges associated with customs clearance.
• Custom pricing for White Glove services and custom-built furniture.
• For heavy items, a carrier will give you a call to schedule your preferred window for delivery. Please be present to sign for and unload your piece at the back of the carrier’s trailer. You'll also be responsible for extra help to unload, if necessary. Not making your scheduled appointment might result in non-delivery.
